Policies & Procedures
Thank you for choosing us for your special event! Our goal is to impress you and your guests with the finest service and the highest quality food with outstanding presentations. References from some of our former clients will be gladly provided. Are you working with a budget? Please let us know, we will try our best to meet your needs.

What's Included
The prices listed in our menu include delivery and set-up of catered items. A delivery charge may apply for orders under $200. We will provide linens for tables used to display items purchased from Morton's Fine Catering. The highest quality disposable tableware is also included. If you are interested in renting additional linens, flatware, silver, or china, we would be happy to get you a quote! Please note that prices are always subject to change. Please keep in mind that certain food items may not present well for your guests if there is not a kitchen available on-site.

Service Charges
If you would like our staff to remain on-site during your event, please add a 20% gratuity. Experienced Bartenders are available at the rate of $20/hr, and are paid directly on the night of the event.

Deposits
A deposit of $250 or 50% of the estimated total, whichever is less, is due within 5 days of initial booking. If a deposit is not received by the 5th day, the date for your event is not guaranteed.* Deposits are refundable if requested within 7 days of booking. All deposits after that time are non-refundable. The remaining balance of your total bill is due on the date of the scheduled event. We understand that some businesses and institutions have a long billing process. This can be accommodated on a case by case basis.

We are currently accepting checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or cash.
